Zone of the Enders HD Collection and Amplitude round out what's being offered to PS3 owners through PlayStation Plus in January. The former is a complete remaster of one of the most iconic games in Konami's library, featuring giant mechs and intense battles. Meanwhile, Amplitude (which is developed by Rock Band studio Harmonix) is a single-player rhythm title that puts music at the forefront of the experience. It includes tunes from composers like Darren Korb ( Transistor ), C418 ( Minecraft ), Danny Baranowsky ( Crypt of the Necrodancer ), Insomniac Games, Freezepop, Kickstarter backers, and Harmonix’s in-house compos

Digital Extremes have released a major update for their highly successful free-to-play third person action game, Warframe . Released last month on PC, Octavia’s Anthem is finally available for PS4 and Xbox One players to enjoy. The new update brings a new Warframe Cheats|https://warframebase.Com/, new weapons, a new quest and much m

As fans of the PC version, the cinematic trailer is pretty exciting to us; but it may be a little too cryptic for potential players that aren't already familiar with the game's premise. Gamers that are interested in what they see should go back and watch gameplay footage from the PC version or revisit the full-length PS4 trailer, which includes much more in-game act
At this particular time, we're debating what we're going to do - if we're going to let them. It's most likely going to be a no because that's a certain gameplay hook needed ahead of time, but the struggle for us is we're a free-to-play game; we want as many people to play the new stuff as soon as possible, so if we release this awesome update that takes you twenty hours to get to, that's a problem. Luckily daytime is a solution but nighttime is in its own easy enticing, so we're trying to figure out exactly how to hook someone in to communicate this is what night is for if you're new. Which is something we struggle with a lot.

As someone who came back to Warframe around six months ago after a couple of years off, I felt overwhelmed with all the new mechanics and content. It was mentioned some quests like Chains of Harrow are like 100 hours in. How do you balance and remedy new and returning players so they're not lost?

The real selling point of Warframe is the addictive four-play co-op mode. The focus on community and clan-building in the game makes it a perfect candidate to take full advantage of the social connectivity and community features offered by the PS4. Players can expect to see Digital Extreme harness the power of those new tools to really push the social aspect of the third-person shooter. The new community tools will also play nicely with Warframe Nexus , the game's companion app, that will offer second screen functionality. The app will allow players to perform in-game tasks and receive alerts from the game, while away from their consoles. Users can also use the app to schedule play sessions with co-op budd

No. Never. It feels surreal. Every part of me wants to somehow… How it's this still going? It's too good to be true, but everyone cares so much and they're willing to pour their energy, time and life keeping this game alive, and what the community had made of it is so rewarding for us that I never want to stop.

• NEW QUEST: The Octavia's Anthem Quest will have you drawn into the Relay by the vast consciousness Cephalon Suda, whose strange, disoriented behavior warrants investigation. Find out what happened to Cephalon Suda before it’s too late and the knowledge she has collected is destroyed. Beware, Tenno, as darkness ling

While the standard Equinox has been around since 2015, the newly released Prime Equinox released in April brings greater stats and different polarities. It’s a great addition to a player’s armory, but one that can prove complicated to obt

Warframe is an incredible free-to-play game where players don mighty frames to travel the stars and rid the universe of evil. Each frame possesses unique abilities and different playstyles. Considering there are more than 60 frames to take into battle, odds are there’s a frame for every player and their ne

The free-to-play third-person shooter will be available for soon-to-be PS4 owners on day one. We put a lot of hours into both the closed and open beta ( check out our impressions ) of the PC version and it looks like the PS4 port is poised to deliver the same addicting four-player co-op experience that had us hooked over the sum

Steep is the highlight of January 2019's PlayStation Plus games, partially because it ties into the winter season so well. Developed by Ubisoft, this is a fun snowboarding romp that allows players to carve up the slopes and even take to the skies with a wingsuit. It makes for a fun addition to anyone's PlayStation 4 libra

Finally, Super Mutant Alien Assault and Fallen Legion: Flames of Rebellion are arriving as freebies for PlayStation Vita owners. The first game is a single-player experience that tasks users with saving the human race in a side-scrolling platformer/shooter. Fallen Legion , on the other hand, is a Cross Buy game that PlayStation 4 owners can also download and enjoy. The title is an RPG, allowing users to explore a brand new world where decisions are said to impact the in-game lives of everyone around t
