I ordered a dress July 2nd so I could receive July 5th and I specifically ask them with the holiday would it be possible to get it by the 5th if I pay for expedited shipping, instead of them saying well they can’t guarantee that I would receive it, but if I wanted to place the order it’s up to me, instead they told me I would get it on time because they do overnight shipping. I went ahead and ordered the dress. Saturday evening I called and ask why I didn’t receive my dress as yet they told me well it’s in transit because their system was down on thursday so they weren’t able to ship it out until friday so I will receive it later on that day which would be impossible if it’s in Jersey. I ask for tracking number they told me they would call me back with it and I had to call back to get it and when I tried to track my package the number was incorrect so I called back and explained how they lied to me. She told me well it’s not their fault because they had to make the dress then ship it out, why didn’t they explained that to me instead of giving me the run around just to get my money knowing you can only get store credit and I still didn’t receive my package and it’s tuesday July 9th and I order last tuesday. I wish I was able to put a negative stars. I should’ve paid attention to all the reviews. I think they pay people to give them good reviews because they’re nasty, disrespectful and doesn’t value their customers."
