It was because of this utter lack of respect and refusal to process a legitimate return that I was compelled to immediately call customer service again, hoping someone at the corporate level could stop this madness. Customer: I just left your franchise location, and I am absolutely furious. I was just on the phone with one of your colleagues ten minutes ago, who emailed the packing slip directly to the owner, and he still refused my return.
