I am writing this to warn every potential customer about my disastrous experience attempting to get a custom dress online. After investing almost $800, I expected professionalism, quality, and timely delivery. Instead, I faced endless issues, which led to this terrible conclusion:
"I have many issues with my prom dress. The day of my prom my dress strap broke off which they spent 30 mins adding fabric too which resulted in me having to hold my boobs up most of the night. Also the material of the back of my dress just felt very cheap and easy to break which for $760 should never be the case."
The constant delays—from missing the June 4th deadline to forgetting the slit and forcing me to compromise on the design (holter top vs. cross-over)—were unacceptable. I felt compelled to leave this public review and demand a resolution, specifically, a full refund, because of the emotional distress and sheer poor quality I received.
Customer: I need to speak to someone about my custom prom dress order. Here's more info regarding [https://sites.google.com/view/curikfinis/blog_1/rocking-the-stage-in-style-a-guitarists-guide-to-suits-and-blazers GraceQueens Home] review our own web-page. I spent almost $800 and my night was ruined because the quality was terrible and the strap broke.
CS Rep: I am so genuinely sorry to hear this, especially that it happened on your prom night. I see your concerns about the cheap material and the necessary strap repair.
Customer: Yes. And beyond the defects, you promised June 4th and I didn't get it until the 11th because you forgot the slit! The communication was poor and the string looks cheap. I want a full refund.
CS Rep: I completely understand why you are demanding a refund given the defects and the severe delays. We failed to deliver the quality and timeliness we promised.
Customer: You also didn't even send me process photos. This entire experience was a mess. Will I get my money back?
CS Rep: I am escalating this immediately with a recommendation for a full refund based on the documented quality failure and shipment errors. I will follow up via email within 48 hours to confirm the processing of your $760 refund.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
