My online shopping experience with this company was a total disaster, and I feel compelled to share this cautionary tale. I am warning everyone:
Do not order from this place.
When my highly anticipated Mabel dress finally arrived, it was six days lateβa serious delay considering the timeframe stated on their website and over the phone. But the lateness was the least of my concerns. The garment itself was appalling, leading me to the inescapable conclusion that: The dress was nothing like the picture & I ordered the same size as the model. While I understand body types are different, the pattern was completely wrong! I ordered the Mabel dress and the material was itchy, cheap, ruched, sloppy & inaccurate. On top of the dress looking bad they were 6 days late on the timeframe they state on their website & over the phone! You would think since the dress was late that it would have looked A LOT better. Your better off going to a seamstress & using their photos as inspiration to have one made near you. This realization immediately drove me to contact customer service to demand answers for such a poor product.
Customer: I received my order, the Mabel dress, and I am extremely disappointed. It was 6 days late, and honestly, the quality is unacceptable. The material is cheap and itchy, and the whole pattern is sloppy compared to the photo online.
CS Rep: I am truly sorry to hear that your experience with the Mabel dress and the delivery timeline has been so negative. For more about [https://www.gracequeens.com/blogs/news/unlocking-style-secrets-my-surprising-fashion-finds-for-mature-women GraceQueens Style] look into our web-page. We certainly regret the delay and that the item did not meet your expectations for quality and accuracy.
Customer: It doesn't even look like the same dress! The fit is totally wrong, even though I ordered the size listed on the model. What can you actually do about this? I need a refund, not just an apology.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and we want to resolve this immediately. Since the garment is inaccurate and the quality is significantly poor, I can initiate a full refund upon return of the item. I will email you a prepaid shipping label right now.
Customer: Thank you. Please ensure the label comes through immediately. This entire process has been incredibly frustrating, and frankly, I feel like I wasted my time waiting for this.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
